A new report from Distimo finds that Brazil, Mexico, Russia and Turkey are the fasting-growing mobile markets in terms of app revenue. Although app revenue declined in the majority of countries during May 2012, Russian app revenue climbed 115 percent, easily making it the leader. Brazil placed second with 83 percent growth, followed by Mexico (63 percent) and Turkey (54 percent).
