The US House of Representatives is soliciting bids for work on moving its 520 websites to the open source Drupal content management system.
“The incoming House freshman’s sites are all hosted on the Drupal platform,” Brian Kalish of Nextgov.com reported, “but other members have the option of making the switch.”
The Office of the House Chief Administrative Office is seeking information by January 28 from companies experienced with Web design, development and support using Drupal, Kalish said.
