Google is one of the largest technology companies in the world, offering a plethora of digital products that are too numerous to list but include digital advertising platforms, analytical and business tools, and, of course, the world’s largest search engine. Their mission statement (according to their About Us page) is to “organize the world’s information and make it universally accessible and useful.”

It is hard to deny that they have achieved their goal.

Google is well-known as a great place to work, with an interesting work environment and many perks for employees. Some of the more well-known benefits the company provides include gourmet food and snacks (for free), employees are allowed to bring pets to work, and free “massage credits” – part of a rewards-based system for “a job well done.” Fun perks aside, Google is also a great place to network and develop your career and skillset.

Salesforce is a provider of customer relationship management (CRM) tools, most notably Customer 360 – an “integrated CRM platform” that is the engine between their entire suite of relationship management apps. Other offerings from the company include data integration tool, Mulesoft, task automation app, Einstein AI, and analytics/data visualization software, Tableau.

Salesforce, like every company on this list, has some pretty great perks, including tuition reimbursement, 401k, 100% donation match (up to $2500), seven days of paid time per year to volunteer, a pet-friendly workplace, and six weeks of paid Family Leave to care for seriously ill family members.

Perks of working at Atlassian include equity awards, a learning “budget,” remote working, and (like Salesforce) foundation leave, whereby employees get five paid days a year to volunteer for their favorite charity.
