On Wednesday, Sencha released updates to several of its HTML5 mobile development tools. For example, its flagship Architect (now in version 2.2), offers faster performance, a smaller memory footprint, improved workflow management, support for IE 10, and better integration with JavaScript libraries.
Speaking of JavaScript, the company also released Sencha Ext JS 4.2, an improved version of its JavaScript libraries.
In addition, the company put out a beta version of Touch 2.2, its mobile development platform.
According to Sencha, more than 2 million developers and half of the Fortune 500 use its tools.
