Multiple news outlets are running leaked photos of the BlackBerry Venice smartphone. The Venice, which is due for release later this year, is said to run Android. That would be a big switch for the company, which has continued to express confidence in its BB10 operating system even as its market share continues to dwindle. However, other reports from earlier this summer also suggested that BlackBerry was building Android devices.
In the photo, the Venice appears to have a slider design with a physical keyboard.
