At its Red Hat Summit, Red Hat announced that it would be integrating the open source Ansible IT automation server throughout many of its software products, including Red Hat Insights and Red Hat CloudForms. “By bringing native Ansible support to our management offerings and seeking to use it across more of our portfolio, Red Hat is uniquely helping to make the automated enterprise a reality with the ability to automate complex, cross-domain systems through a single technology,” said Joe Fitzgerald, vice president of management at Red Hat.
Red Hat acquired Ansible in 2015. Many enterprises use the automation server to support their DevOps efforts.
