JavaScript package manager npm has just released a new State of JavaScript report, and it documents incredible growth in the popularity of Facebook’s React framework. While all npm downloads are growing very quickly, React downloads are growing 500 percent faster than the norm.
The report also says that Ember downloads increased 45 percent last year, bolstered by use at larger enterprises like Microsoft, Netflix and Salesforce. Angular and jQuery remain popular, but aren’t really growing. Backbone downloads are declining steadily.
