Good news for the mobile development industry: more people are launching apps more often. A new report from Flurry finds a 59 percent increase in the number of mobile addicts, people who launch apps 60 or more times per day, between the second quarter of 2014 and the second quarter of 2015. It says there are now 280 million mobile addicts in the world, which is more than the population of Indonesia, the fourth most populated country in the world.
The report added that the number of super users, which it defines as those who use apps 16 to 60 times per day, increased 34 percent over the past year. Regular users, who check apps one to sixteen times per day, grew 25 percent during the same period.
