Mozilla Creating New Programming Language Called Rust

Rust is a new multi-paradigm programming language designed by Mozilla.

ReadWriteHack’s Klint Finley reports that according to the Rust FAQ, the Rust team’s goal is “to design and implement a safe, concurrent, practical, static systems language.”

Rust is available on GitHub. However, the Rust author, Graydon Hoare, says that it’s “a work-in-progress programming language; not yet suitable for users.”
