On July 18, Apple took its development site offline following an intrusion by a hacker. Since then it has been working to overhaul its developer services with increased security.
Many Apple developer services are now back online, with nearly all of them slated for availability before the end of the week. In an email to registered developers, Apple wrote, “We plan to reinstate most of the remaining services this week: Xcode automatic configuration as well as access to license agreements, TSIs, program enrollments, and renewals in Member Center.”
