Microsoft has announced plans to release a Windows 10 companion app for iOS and Android. The app will be a hub that connects users with other Microsoft apps, including Skype, OneDrive, OneNote, Outlook, Office, Xbox Music, etc. A preview of the app will be available “in a few weeks.”
The company has also confirmed plans to bring its Cortana digital assistant to iOS and Android. A preview is available now. The production version of the Android app will become available in June, with the iOS version to follow later this year.
