Microsoft has released a software development kit (SDK) that will allow developers to create apps for Band, the company’s fitness wearable. In addition, it is adding some new features to the device and launching a website that allows users to interact with their Band data.
More information on creating Band apps is available on the Microsoft Health website. Experts say that creating apps for the Band will pose unique challenges to mobile development firms because of the device’s small screen size.
