Microsoft and Adafruit have launched a new Windows IoT Core Starter Kit. On sale now at the Adafruit ecommerce site for $114.95, the kit includes a Raspberry Pi 2 board, an 8GB SD card with Windows IoT Core pre-loaded, a power supply, a WiFi module, an analog-to-digital convertor, a temperature and humidity sensor and a RGB color sensor. Without the Raspberry Pi 2 board, the kit costs $39.95.
The website says, “A collaboration between Microsoft’s IoT division and Adafruit, this pack’s the best way to get started using both Windows 10 on your Pi and to start doing some popular projects with the internet of things.”
