Today, The Linux Foundation announced six new training courses dedicated to the development of Linux-based mobile operating systems Android and MeeGo.
“The Android and MeeGo developer courses will help meet new demands for Linux training and help to fill open positions at a variety of The Linux Foundation’s member companies,” the press release said. “These courses will give professionals lucrative job skills while helping to advance Linux in this space.”
Foundation Executive Director Jim Zemlin said, “We continue to see unprecedented demand for Linux expertise from our members and the industry at large. The Linux Foundation Training Program gives professionals a unique learning opportunity to build their resume with the most sought-after skills.”
