Engadget has posted leaked screenshots of the Firefox OS Marketplace. Mozilla hopes to launch the new mobile operating system next year, and it’s currently working with developers who are creating mobile apps for the new platform. The Marketplace will be the app store for the Firefox OS.
In its current iteration, the Marketplace offers a simple, clean interface that’s quite a bit different than the Mozilla Marketplace, which offers Web apps that can run like desktop programs. Category buttons feature prominently in the Firefox OS Marketplace design, and it also has space to feature a few top apps.
