Portugal-based independent app store Aptiode has filed an anti-trust complaint against Google with the European Commission. The complaint says that Google uses blocking, installation obstacles, bundling and other Google services to make it very difficult for Android users to access app stores other than Google Play.

Google is already facing a separate “Fair Search” complaint in Europe. Currently, Android dominates the European mobile market with a 72.4 percent share.

Aptiode claims to have 200,000 titles and 6 million active users.
