Google has launched a new mobile development contest that it calls the Android Experiments I/O Challenge. The goal of the contest is to spur the creation of open source apps for Google’s Android Experiments app showcase.

The top three winners of the coding contest will get free trips to the Google I/O development conference, and five runners-up will each get a Nexus 6P smartphone.

Interested developers need to submit their apps before April 13.
