Firefox 3.5 is now the world’s most popular Web browser.
According to newly released data by StatCounter, the open source competitor to Microsoft’s Internet Explorer isn’t leading by much, but considering Microsoft once dominated the browser arena, it’s quite a feat.
Firefox 3.5 has 21.93 percent of the world’s browser market share. Internet Explorer 7 has 21.2 percent. However, Internet Explorer 8 is climbing fast with 20.33 percent.
