Team Mozilla said that with the release of Firefox for Mobile, they are one step closer toward fulfilling their mission of “providing one Web that everyone can access, regardless of device or location.”
Starting last Friday, Nokia N900 owners can now run a full-featured Firefox Web browser on their phone.
It’s not exactly the same as the desktop version of Firefox, it’s been tweaked for a mobile environment.
“Key design principles are at the heart of the mobile browsing experience including minimal typing, seamless synchronization with desktop Firefox and the ability to take your Firefox with you, to name a few,” according to the Mozilla statement.
Firefox for Mobile has an “awesome bar” too.
