Need another sign that the development talent market remains hot? Marketing software vendor HubSpot is offering $30,000 to anyone who recommends a developer it hires.
The official announcement reads, “HubSpot loves developers. Like, heart-pounding, chest-thumping, breathless love. Care to play matchmaker? We’ll give you $30,000 if you refer us to a developer who makes us feel that way.”
The company has offices in Cambridge, Mass., and Dublin, Ireland. In a previous hiring effort, it offered $10,000 for developer recommendations.
