In an effort to persuade more Chinese mobile development pros to create apps for the iPhone and iPad, Apple has released a Chinese language version of Start Developing iOS Apps Today. The company also has a feedback forum for Chinese developers.

This month, Apple is also planning its biggest ever product launch in China. The iPad Mini, 4th generation iPad and the iPhone 5 will soon hit Chinese shelves.

According to Apple CEO Tim Cook, 15 percent of Apple’s revenue in fiscal 2012 came from China. “[This] is really phenomenal when you think about it,” Cook said. “That’s up over $10 billion year on year.”
