Mobile development pros have taken to Twitter to complain that they are getting ad spend details for apps that belong to other developers. More specifically, some developers who use Search Ads Basic pay-per-install adds say they have been sent emails with ad spend and install data for apps that aren’t theirs.
Apple hasn’t yet commented on the issue, and it appears that no other developer tools have been affected by the bug. One developer told TechCrunch, “I checked my account and everything is OK, but it’s still a worrying confidential customer data leak nonetheless.”
