Consider GlassFish ESB v2 for SOA Tooling
- Select "XML" file type.
- Select "External WSDL Document(s).
- Click "Next".

Specify resource location:
- Select "From Local File System".
- Browse to where you saved the TroubleTicket.zip.
- Click "Finish".

Your NetBeans IDE CaptureTroubleTickets project should reflect the successful import of the TroubleTicket.wsdl file under the "Process Files" folder.

Create the Trouble Ticket BPEL Process
In the CaptureTroubleTickets Project view:
- Right-click on the project folder.
- Click New > BPEL Process.
