A new report from Sensor Tower highlights a continuing trend in the mobile development industry: Android users download more apps than iOS users do, but Android users spend less. According to the market research firm, the average U.S. Android user downloaded 42 apps from Google Play, compared to 33 apps downloaded from the App Store by iOS users.
