Mozilla is offering interested end users and developers the chance to test drive its new Firefox Marketplace Web app store. The store is included in the latest “Aurora” release of the Firefox browser. “Aurora” is Firefox’s test build meant for early adopters and developers.

“We’re hoping that Aurora users, our awesome early adopters, will go experience the Firefox Marketplace on their Android phones and let us know what they think,” said Mozilla’s Bill Walker. “Our goal is to collect as much real-life feedback as possible about the Marketplace’s design, usability, performance, reliability, and content.”

The marketplace allows developers to post apps built with HTML, JavaScript and CSS. Mozilla plans to add developer-friendly features like payments, ratings and reviews in the near future.
