For the first time ever, Internet monitoring firm StatCounter says that there is more Internet traffic from mobile devices than from desktop devices. In its most recent report, the firm found that smartphone and tablet users accounted for 51.2 percent of Web traffic, compared to 48.7 for desktop users.
