Google recently held two events designed to help developers get started building apps for its Google Glass wearable computing device. Although the attendees were required to sign extensive non-disclosure agreements, Google has posted some details and pictures from the event to Google+.

During the “Glass Foundries” Google organized the attendees into teams that created more than 80 apps for the device. Eight of those teams won the top prize: a free Explorer Edition Glass. The photos show lots of developers wearing Google Glass devices and writing code for their applications.

The company has plans for at least one more Google Glass event — a session at SxSW in March.
