On Tuesday, WordPress for Android version 1.2 dropped into the Android Market with video uploading and geotagging features added.
Now from your Android-powered phone you can upload videos to your WordPress.com blog posts using VideoPress. If you’re hosting your own WordPress blog, you may need to install the PJW Mime Config plugin to allow the 3gp video files to be uploaded to your blog.
The new version of the open source WordPress for Android now offers geotagging support by enabling geotagging in the blog settings window. For self-hosted WordPress blogs, install the geolocation plugin to show your location.
