Quick Start Guide to SQL Server 7 -- Part 3, Page 3

Sometimes you need to delete or perhaps rename an object, such as a view or table. This is a very simple process.

To delete an Object:

• Locate the Object within Enterprise Manager
• Right-click on the Object
• Select Delete
• Check the items to be deleted in the prompt, then hit 'Drop All' when ready

• Print Article
• Share Articles

To rename an Object:

• Locate the Object within Enterprise Manager
• Single-click on the Object
• Press F2
• Type in a new name
• Press Enter
• If prompted that the rename may cause problems, decide what to do
