Webflow Simplifies Web Development for Multiple Form Factors
The proliferation of smartphones and tablets has complicated Web development. It used to be that developers only needed to make their sites look good on most desktop and laptop screens, but now they also need to create sites that are appropriate for much smaller screen sizes.
A new service called Webflow aims to make that process much easier, particularly for developers and designers without a lot of coding knowledge. It offers a drag-and-drop visual website designer that makes it extremely easy for users to customize their code for various form factors. “The idea is to make it much, much easier for people to build more complex websites and web applications,” explained cofounder Vlad Magdalin.
Webflow is now available with three service levels: free, $24 per month or $49 per month.
