Microsoft has officially released Visual Studio 2017. The updated version of the integrated development environment (IDE) takes a mobile-first, cloud-first approach while enabling DevOps and agile software development practices. “For streamlined cloud development, built-in tools provide integration with all your .NET Core, Azure applications, microservices, Docker containers, and more,” said Julia Liuson, corporate vice president of Visual Studio at Microsoft. “It is easier than ever to build and deploy applications and services to Azure, directly from the IDE. Visual Studio 2017 with Xamarin make it faster for you to create mobile apps for Android, iOS, and Windows through updates like advanced debugging and profiling tools.”
