Oracle to Shutter Sun.com Domain on June 1

All of the links and references to information on sun.com will cease to function as of June 1.

Oracle announced that sun.com will be decommissioned. There will be no redirects. There will be no official archive. Oracle will just turn it off.

For developers who wrote code which links to java.sun.com need to make some changes. All href links to sun.com will be broken, including the one in this story.

Several organizations are trying to archive the available information on the domain and sub-domains, but there may not be enough time to completely archive everything.
