Opsview Teams up with Canonical to Adopt Opsview Enterprise on Ubuntu
Opsview, the open source network and application monitoring vendor, today announced it has teamed up with Canonical to help drive the enterprise adoption of Opsview Enterprise with Ubuntu 10.04 LTS Server Edition.
"Many of our clients are already deploying Opsview on Ubuntu Server Edition," Opsview marketing manager Tom Callway said. "The decision to formalize our relationship with Canonical came after the launch of Ubuntu Enterprise Cloud, a cloud platform for private organizations based on Ubuntu Server Edition and Eucalyptus technology."
The alliance means that Ubuntu is now the Linux platform of choice for Opsview Enterprise edition.
