Ruby on Rails 3.0 Available Now
Ruby on Rails 3.0 has been under development for more than 2 years now and it's finally here.
Rails inventor David Heinemeier Hansson said that more 1,600 contributors worked on the project to make "everything better, faster, cleaner, and more beautiful."
The third generation of open source Rails has a lot of major changes. There's a new Active Record query engine, the Action Controller has gotten revamped REST syntax and too much to list here.
