UK Officials Suggest Dumping Microsoft for Open Source
Like most governments, the UK is looking at a budget with a giant gapping hole in it. Prime Minister David Cameron asked the 600,000 government workers for suggestions on how to save money.

BusinessWeek reported that 2 of the 31 listed proposals suggested dropping Microsoft.
