OpenOffice 3.2 Available Now
OpenOffice.org announced today that version 3.2 of the open source competitor to Microsoft's Office suite is now available for download.
"Cold startup" time is now 46 percent faster than version 3.0, according to tests by OpenOffice developers.
Also included in the release is better compliance with Open Document Format standards and improved compatibility with proprietary formats such as Microsoft's Word.
There's a laundry list of feature enhancements and fixes for Calc, Draw, Impress, Math, etc.
