Fresno Airport Uses Open Source Technology to Offer Free WIFI
If you're traveling through the Fresno Yosemite International Airport you can now access the Internet for free.
The Fresno Bee reported that the airport had a pay-for-use wireless service, but nobody wanted it.
"Passengers didn't want to pay for the service when they would be in an out in less than two hours," reports the Bee staff.
But by leveraging existing hardware and open source software, the airport now can offer free WIFI.
