Google Shows Chrome OS Running on a Tablet PC
With Apple's iPad hitting the shelves, Google's Chromium OS team published some screenshots of what Chrome will look like on a tablet PC.
All of the images of what the open source Chrome OS could look like on a tablet are subject to change.
"This page contains visual explorations of how a Chrome OS tablet UI might look in hardware," the Chromium Project blog says.
The screenshots show several possibilities for Chrome on a tablet which includes contextual actions triggered via dwell, zooming UI for multiple tabs, tabs presented along the side of the screen (sidebars) and multiple browsers using a launcher.
