Analytics provider AppData has launched a new capability that can give mobile development firms insight into their competition. The new revenue estimates feature will provide educated guesses about how much revenue top iOS apps are generating on a weekly, monthly or yearly basis. It also breaks down revenue figures based on what comes from download fees and what comes from in-app purchases.
In order to use the tool, developers will need a subscription to AppData for Mobile Apps, AppData Pro or AppData Custom.
